Fundamentals of Management


The aim of this module is to apprise students of the basic concepts and tools of management, to define sequential and parallel management functions. To acquaint the student with the roles of a manager in the organization. Master the formal-logical side of the decision-making process and apply it all decisive aspects in the design of the organizational structure. Describe the ways in which the manager exercises his power and influence in the organization. Describe and define the basic elements of managerial motivation and communication.
